Every Customised Facial is built from a toolkit of techniques, and your therapist selects what your skin needs on the day — you don’t need to request these by name. Depending on your skin’s condition, that may include gentle ultrasonic exfoliation (sometimes known as bt-Micro), which uses high-speed vibration to lift away dead skin cells and prepare your skin for better product absorption, or a calming Rose Quartz facial massage and mask to ease puffiness and support circulation.
